And those links are very resourceful. Many people don’t know how much rights they have in a situation like this; they just let it slide. I like the fact that Government gives affected employees opportunity to use EEOC before hiring an attorney. But the “statute of limitation” has to be considered. 180 days should be enough to find a new job before the legal proceeding. Thanks for the info.
