Stephanie has a passion for helping others reach their personal goals and uses her background as an attorney to guide the process. Whether she assists people with the law, their career or how to build a healthy lifestyle, she strives to bring out the best in anyone.
Stephanie is from Dallas, Texas and received her Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida. She received a Juris Doctor from the Southwestern School of Law. An attorney in good standing with the California bar, she currently serves as head of business and legal affairs at a prominent digital media company known for its premium entertainment video destination site and global branded entertainment studio. She remains Of Counsel to the Business Law Professional Corporation, with an emphasis on corporate and entertainment law.
Stephanie began her career in private practice at the Los Angeles office of Liebman, Quigley, Sheppard & Soulema, where she specialized in entertainment law, representing companies and talent. She then became General Counsel for The VOX Group, a national entertainment events and marketing company, based in Los Angeles, where she served as strategic business counsel and conducted all the legal transactions for the company. Most recently, Stephanie served as Vice President, Development and General Counsel for Pure Power Distribution, a renewable energy company in Santa Monica, California, which supplies solar products to the entertainment industry.
Stephanie is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Women Lawyers’ Association of Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the US Green Building Council. She is a volunteer for Girls on the Run, a non-profit youth development program that uses the power of running and an interactive curriculum to inspire self-respect and healthy lifestyles in pre-teen girls and is currently working with a Tier 4 Equinox trainer to develop the workout program “HealthyMind*HealthyBody” that strengthens the mind and the body.
